WHO Guidelines on Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour

The WHO Guidelines on physical activity and sedentary behaviour provide evidence-based public health recommendations for all population groups on the amount of physical activity required to offer significant health benefits and mitigate health risks. The project involved the design of the guidelines, "At a Glance" summaries in all six United Nations languages, as well as other promotional materials.

“As a sports enthusiast, I felt a special connection with this project from the very first briefing with the WHO team. Together, we were on a mission to find creative solutions towards making the evidence-based data engaging and easy to comprehend, for better advocacy towards more physically active and healthier lifestyles for all.”
